雷玉娟，女，1983年生，博士，副教授，2019年畢業于西北農林科技大學葡萄與葡萄酒學專業。

多年以來，一直從事葡萄與葡萄酒相關的教學與科研工作，先後參與國家科技支撐計劃項目、國家星火計劃項目、國家現代農業（葡萄）産業技術體系項目、國家自然科學基金等項目5項，主持河北省自然科學基金面上項目、新疆生産建設兵團青年資金項目、ag捕鱼王官方网站博士啟動基金等省市級各類項目十餘項。獲得新疆生産建設兵團科技進步獎2項，其中一等獎1項（排名第7）、二等獎1項（排名第4），作為主要完成人（排名第3）編制并發布新疆兵團第六師五家渠市農業地方标準3項，在“Food Chemistry”、“Frontiers in Plant Science”、“Plant Growth Regulation”、“Horticultural Science”等國内外學術刊物上發表學術論文十餘篇，其中SCI索引6篇，授權實用新型專利1項。
